SENIOR PETS

Today my senior dog taught me to slow down ..enough to enjoy a beautiful morning full of singing birds and a bright blue sky...he walks slower now, able to walk only a short distance but content to enjoy his "smelling doggy smells time." Senior pet's health concerns may show as changes in behavior or habits such as:

-sustained increase in drinking and urination

-weight loss or gain

-mouth odor or drooling

-increased panting or cough

-lameness or difficulty getting up or down stairs

Consider a senior wellness examination for your cat or dog - we may recommend blood or urine tests.
